Prices are subject to change without notice. The vast majority of items can often be available for collection same day or in 48 hours. Service times for garments that need more attention will depend on the item and the day the order is presented to us, but will usually be ready within 1 - 2 weeks.

We exercise extreme care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us to avoid damage and/or misplacement or loss of items; However, because garments have the tendency for wear and tear, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color bleeding, color loss, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak fabrics; and we are not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal cleaning.

Some stains will be tough to remove and have even been scientifically proven to only appear in the presence of water or heat (i.e. sugar based stains like alcohol or juice). We do not promise to remove/treat any or all stains on any or all garments; however, we will try our best.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by Capstone Cleaners, you signify that you accept our policies, terms and conditions.  These policies, terms and conditions are subject to change and it is the responsibility for you as customer to stay up to date with the changes, and to review prior to the payment of any of the services offered by Capstone Cleaners.

Privacy Policy

Capstone Cleaners respects your privacy. We collect personal information when you register as a customer and when you sign up for pick-up and delivery service; however, we do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party.  We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and content offering.  Any information you provide to us will remain private and secure.

Occasionally Capstone Cleaners may conduct voluntary online surveys in order to improve our services.  Your honest feedback is always welcome and appreciated. We may ask for demographic information during a survey, but your response is not linked to your account.

Authorization Policy

While the majority of garment and household items can be cleaned by the dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or laundry process.  However, occasionally, Capstone Cleaners may identify a potential problem and ask you to sign a release form prior to processing the item.  This procedure is to notify you that there is certain risk in proceeding.  If a Capstone Cleaners representative is unable to reach you for verification and authorization, the garment in question will be returned.  If you agree to proceed, Capstone Cleaners will process the item with extreme care and return it to you in usable condition. However, if damage does occur, Capstone Cleaners will not be held liable since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.  


Delivery Policy

Our delivery is FREE and is only available for Priority Club members inside the beltline of Raleigh, NC.  Pick-ups and deliveries are made only to a specific location designated by you at your company or residence.  If we are unable to deliver your order during the scheduled day, due to unusual circumstances; we will do our best to inform you via e-mail if there will be any delays. Your order will be delivered immediately the following day.  Capstone Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. For the unattended deliveries, Capstone Cleaners is not liable for any bag that goes missing after the confirmed delivery. We encourage customers to retrieve their bags soon after.


Garment Damage or Loss Policy

Capstone Cleaners follows standards and policies set by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry cleaners.  All credits or reimbursements will be determined by our Fair Claims Policy from IFI (International Fabricare Institute). This accounts for the natural and inevitable depreciation of value that occurs to clothing over time. Copies are available upon request.

Please inspect you garments upon pick-up to ensure satisfaction.  A complaint must be filed within forty-eight (48) hours after the day of pick-up or delivery.  

There will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost; if you are missing any garments, you must report differences in count to Capstone Cleaners within forty-eight (48) hours after the day of pick-up or delivery.

Capstone Cleaners’ liability in regards to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.

Re-Cleaning and Refund Policy

You may return any dry cleaned items within forty-eight (48) hours after the day of pick-up or delivery if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning. Contact us and explain the problem.  We will re-clean them free of charge.  The garment must be unworn and in original packaging.  We do not give refunds, but we will give you an in store credit.

Capstone Cleaners is not responsible for items that have elapsed more than sixty (60) days from the scheduled date of pick-up.  We reserve the right to donate any clothes that have not been claimed after sixty (60) days.
